Enhance Therapies is proud to offer two retirement plan options to all eligible employees to include an annual discretionary match. The options include a Traditional 401k plan and a Roth 401k plan. Our provider for the 401k plans is Fidelity.

What does a 401(k) do for you?

401(k) with Fidelity

Employees are eligible to enroll in the plan after 1 month of employment. Once eligible, employees can register and have the opportunity to select the funds that you want to invest in as well as the amount of deferrals you want to set aside each paycheck.
